1. Return Eligibility

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products:

  • Undergarments (bras, panties, lingerie, etc.) are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
  • Nightwear, shapewear, and other non-intimate items may be eligible for return or exchange if:
    • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
    • Original tags and packaging are intact
    • Return request is made within 7 days of delivery

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos or videos of the issue
  • Once verified and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for eligible items subject to stock availability
  • If your required size or product is unavailable, you may choose:
    • Store credit
    • Refund (if applicable)

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method or bank transfer
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for safe returns

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled
